Shabby Country Cards for RRR

Hello, all my ribbon-loving friends!  I'm so glad that you've stopped by today for a little bit of ribbony inspiration.  I'm really hoping that my shabby cards will motivate all of YOU to pull out some old patterned papers and make a card that's dripping in ribbon and flowers.  With the help of Really Reasonable Ribbon, you're SURE to end up with something beautiful.  Here's what I did with some older papers and embellishments I had on hand.  Really Reasonable Ribbon's amazing ribbons, trims and flowers made these cards SHINE!
To be perfectly honest, the card itself is nothing special.  It's a piece of paper that's been inked, and has a stamped sentiment on a piece of kraft paper.  Honestly, that's IT!  The rest of that cuteness is ALL 100% Really Reasonable Ribbon.
First, I ran a length of the GORGEOUS shabby Natural Burlap Trim that I ripped into strips up the left side of my card.  Next, I added small lengths/bows of Burlap Center Stitch BrownWheat Stripe Baker's Twine, and Solid Wheat Twine.  On top of all those gorgeous Really Reasonable Ribbon trims, I added some sweet leaves and flowers including a Brown Mulberry Leave, a Two-Tone Yellow Open Rose, a Chocolate Brown Open Rose, and an Ivory/Pale Pink Open Rose.  They're so pretty together, and compliment each other so nicely.

My second card uses the same patterned papers, a chipboard frame, and some machine stitching.  Again, nothing special.....until you add the AMAZING products from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  They're truly what makes my cards so much fun.  I used the same trims and embellishments on this card, including the Wheat Stripe Baker's Twine, and Solid Wheat Twine.  I also added another Brown Leaf and some more flowers including a Brown Mulberry Leave, a Two-Tone Yellow Open Rose, a Chocolate Brown Open Rose, and two Ivory/Pale Pink Open Rose.  They're just SO sweet, and they really make your cards become something special.

I encourage you all to treat yourselves to some new ribbons, trims, laces, twines, leaves, flowers and more from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  I just know that you will LOVE these sweet products as much as I do.  And you can take some ordinary papers, and make them into something special.  We'd also love to have you stop by and play along in our current Orange/Autumn Challenge.

I'm playing along this week at Simon Says Stamp, and I really want to win!  LOL  I'm sharing in a couple of challenges, actually.

Simon Says Stamp - Anything Goes

Papertake Weekly - Take Your Pick.  For this particular challenge and these cards, I picked to follow the Distress Inks theme.  I used Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Walnut.  I love distressing the edges of my cards with distress inks, and do it almost ALL the time.

Thanks for visiting!

Autumn Fun

It's no secret that Autumn (or Fall as some say) is my favorite season.  I've mentioned it many times in the past; and I know that it's because I grew up in Minnesota where the trees change their leaves in beautiful hues of red, orange, yellow and brown during this time of year.  My eyes long for the sights I would see right now if I were to drive up the North Shore of Lake Superior towards Canada.  It's such a gorgeous and scenic drive.  But for right now, I'm stuck here in Las Vegas where it's still been VERY warm.  But my mind can (and does) wander to that beautiful site on the northern shores of Lake Superior.
Today I'm sharing a couple of projects that I forgot to post when they were originally supposed to be posted.  My pumpkin jar was created for our past challenge at Really Reasonable Ribbon called "Orange You Glad It's Autumn", and today is the last day to enter that one.  I painted my mason jar orange and used some dies to cut the face on the front, and then decorated my mason jar with some Orange Seam BindingBlack Seam Binding, some Moss Green Leaves, and Natural Burlap String.
I used some of Really Reasonable Ribbon's cute Natural Cotton Blend Ribbon around the lid of the jar, and then added some cute little spider stickers and put some orange and black paper straws inside.  It's just a fun little project.  I love decorating old mason jars, and Really Reasonable Ribbon has so many great ribbons and trims to help make them cute.
My second project is a simple little card I made for Fall.  It's made using some older Simple Stories patterned papers and stickers.  I inked the papers with Tim Holtz Distress Ink, and I also added some baker's twine that I wrapped around the card.  It's a very simple card, but I thought I'd share it today anyway.

I'm sharing my projects here in these challenges:

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - No Designer Paper - So obviously, I'm linking my JAR project (not the card) to this challenge because it uses no patterned or designer papers.

Classy Cards 'N Such - Challenge #104 - Feeling Fall-Ish - I used Tim Holtz Distress Ink on my card to ink the edges of my card.  It's so nice to see such great participation in this week's challenge!

Little Scrap Pieces - Saturday Show It Off Linky Party

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Oh Baby at The Kraft Journal

This week at The Kraft Journal, we're having a really fun challenge to celebrate BABIES!  There's nothing on earth quite as sweet as a new baby.  And even if you don't currently have a newborn baby in your life to create a baby card for, you know very well that the time will soon come that you'll need one.  So, why not create a baby card to share in our challenge this week, and either send it to someone who has recently had a baby; or just save it for when you need the card, and you'll be ahead of the game.  It's a fun challenge, and all you need to do in order to play along and be eligible for the $15 Gift Certificate to the Kraft Outlet is to use either kraft paper of any sort, or any item that can be purchased at the Kraft Outlet.
For this very simple card, I used a Small Buff/Ivory Note Card as my base.  Then, I added a piece of Buff/Ivory Card Stock and a large journalling card (Bb) that I inked.  Then, I cut some strips of Crafty Secrets images (mother and father) to add to the sides.  I embellished this simple card with a seam binding bow using Dove Grey and Rose Beige Hand-Stained Bias Tape/Seam Binding with some Green Baker's Twine worked into the center.  I also added a rustic looking Tim Holtz Memo Pin to the middle of my bow, which is really a great idea for holding a tiny tag with the baby's name.  As I mentioned, it's a very simple card, but the Kraft Outlet makes it easy to create something you (and the proud parents) will love.

I really hope that you will stop by to check out all the great items carried at the Kraft Outlet, and then join in this fun Baby Challenge with us at The Kraft Journal.  We absolutely LOVE seeing your sweet creations, and enjoy having you play along with us.

Have an awesome week, and thanks so much for stopping by today.
God bless you,
Karen

Guest Designing at Scrappy Moms

This is my second (and final) post as part of my Guest Design spot at Scrappy Moms Stamps.  I've decided to include both of my projects in this one post.  Scrappy Moms isn't having a blog hop, or really even posting much about their new release.  But I wanted to share another, more "Patriotic" card, using their new Homeland Heroes stamp set.  I'm sending this card to my Dad in appreciation of his faithful service in the Air Force.  He retired, many years ago, as a Lieutenant Colonel from the United States Air Force; and I am SO proud of him, and truly grateful to ALL those who have served our great country in the armed forces.  My Dad is such an amazing God-fearing man, and I'm SO grateful and proud to call him "Dad".  He is actually my step-dad, but he feels like a real Dad to me.  I couldn't be more proud of his service to our country.  This is a great stamp set to use for making cards to celebrate all those who serve our country faithfully; especially those who are deployed.  If you have someone in the service, you will really enjoy this stamp set.  This is definitely not my normal style of card, but it is something different and fun.
I have one more project to share for my Guest Design Spot with Scrappy Moms, and its uses their new "Warts Up" stamp set to showcase some Halloween goodies.  It's a super cute set, and I've made some really cute candy cups using them.  I bought the black and orange striped candy cups at Michael's and I filled them with giant orange, green and black gumballs.  Next, I added some gorgeous Autumn ribbons to each cup from Really Reasonable Ribbon's September Ribbon Club Assortment.  Next, I added a paper straw to each that I decorated with two of the little stamped sentiments from the "Warts Up" stamp set.   The little candy corns on the straw are also from the "Warts Up" set.....aren't they cute?   I added some cute little Halloween embellishments and baker's twine to each one, and that's it.  My nieces and nephews will really enjoy these!
Thanks so much for stopping by to take a look.  I do hope that you will take the time to stop by and check out their sweet new stamp sets at Scrappy Moms.  They're lots of fun, and there's still time to order these fun stamp sets to have your Halloween treats ready for all the little "goblins" in your life.  I'm so grateful that you've stopped by today!

Have a blessed week, and thanks for visiting.

I'm a Coffee Lover

This is a fun little project I created using a SVG file from Cutting Cafe.  They have such sweet files, and I attached it to a plastic Starbucks Coffee Cup.  I used a corrugated paper to wrap around the image, cut my straw from green paper (just like a Starbucks drink), and added some crinkle ribbon from DL ART Coffee Bundles, as well as their brown twine.  A little green stick pin holds the cutting file cup to the actual coffee cup.  It makes me crave a coffee just looking at it!
I'm sharing my Coffee Lover's project in the following challenges:

Coffee Loving Card Makers - Coffee Lover's Blog Hop - What a AMAZING challenge.  I couldn't resist playing along.  How fun!

Thank you for stopping by.  I really appreciate your visit to my blog to take a peek at my "Coffee Lovers" project.  I am SUCH a huge Starbucks fan that I'd actually be embarrassed to tell you all how much I spend on this habit of mine.  Gratefully, my husband supports my habit(s) and loves coffee, too.

Have a blessed week.

Thank You For CropStop

Hello, friends!  Today I'm posting for CropStop, and sharing a sweet little Thank You card that I created using several of their lovely supplies.  Their wonderful store is filled with lots of great items you will LOVE, and I encourage you to check out all there is at CropStop store.  I also hope that you will stop by and play along in their fun monthly Anything Goes Challenge for a chance to win some CropStop supplies of your own.  We LOVE having you play along, and chances are very good that some of the things you're already using on your cards and projects are carried at CropStop, so your creations would qualify for the challenge.  I hope you will stop by to check it out, and link up with us.
I started my card with a print patterned paper, and then attached some little tags, tape, stitching, chipboard, and other little pieces to create my layout.  And then.......CropStop sure made it easy for me to "jazz up" my card.  First, I added a Petaloo Botanica Sugared Blossom Flower and Leave, and I also cut two flowers from ivory wool felt using the lovely Loopy Blooms Die-Namics/My Favorite Things Die.  To the centers of the felt flowers, I added snippets of vintage laces, Blue On Blue Organdy Swirl Ribbon, some Blue Burlap String and Ivory Burlap String, and buttons.  I really like how the combination of the Petaloo Flowers and Die-Cut Flowers work together t compliment one another.  I also used some gorgeous Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Olive Green to distress the edges of my tags.  And yes, I combined turquoise and bright blue.  LOL

I consider it a blessing that you've stopped by my blog to say hello today and take a peek at my card.  All of us at CropStop warmly invite you to visit the blog every day for inspiration, and to play along in our monthly Anything Goes Challenges.  We're grateful for your visits, and we always have some really great give-aways and fun activities taking place.  So don't miss a thing......and check back often.

Have a blessed day friends,
Karen

Guest Designing at Scrappy Moms

Today I'm sharing a post with a couple of projects I made using some of the stamps from Scrappy Mom's most recent release.  They have oodles and oodles of adorable stamp sets in their sweet shop; but for right now, these are their two newest sets that I will be featuring over the weekend, and into the first part of next week for their new release.  You can get even more information on the Scrappy Moms Blog.  Here are their new stamp sets:
This first set (above) is called "Warts Up", and I do have a sweet little candy project I'll be sharing on my next post using this set.  But for today, I am sharing two projects (a card and a tag) that I made using Scrappy Moms' other new set.  Here's a peek at that new set:
This second set is called "Homeland Heroes".  While it's a very patriotic set to celebrate our heroes in the Armed Forces, I made these two projects below using this second set that are not, in any way, patriotic.  I do, however, also have an AIR FORCE card using this set that I made, and will be posting during my Guest Design spot with Scrappy Moms.  So, be sure to check back later this weekend, and even into Monday and Tuesday so that you don't miss any of the three separate posts I'll be making to show you all that I've made with these two new sets from Scrappy Moms Stamps.
This first project was a little tag that I created using the Missing You Today & Every Day stamp from this set.  I used a Simple Stories tag, and just added the sentiment to the top, and also added some stamped stars that I cut out and placed in the bow at the top.  I like that you can use this stamp set with versatility to create different themed projects with just one set.
My second project was this little card,  Again, I chose to use the sentiment "Thank You For All You Do" which also showcases this set in a different manner than what you would originally expect from this stamp.  It really is nice to be able to use a patriotic set on every-day cards.  Isn't this sweet?

Well, thanks for stopping by today to take a peek.  Be sure to stop back by to see the rest of my projects from Scrappy Moms; and don't forget to stop by their blog to see all the other inspiring projects from their Design Team.  There's lots more to come, so please check back again.  I enjoy your sweet visits, and appreciate you kind comments.

Happy creating!
Blessings to you,
Karen

Baby It's Cold Outside

Hello, friends of Really Reasonable Ribbon!  We're all SO glad that you've stopped by today.  I hope that this card I'm sharing today will get you pumped up for making Christmas cards, and that it will get you ALL to realize that you simply CAN'T live without getting yourself some gorgeous Lipstick Red Seam Binding to help you make all your Christmas cards beautiful!  This lovely shade of red is absolutely PERFECT for all your Christmas cards and projects.  It's truly a MUST-HAVE supply, and I hope I inspire you all to pick up a few yards for your Christmas crafting.
I started with some of my favorite Crate Paper (Bundled Up) patterned papers and embellishments (papers and flair buttons) to create the snowman, and added an October Afternoon (Silent Night) journalling card.  I added some sweet little sequins to act like snowflakes falling and catching the light.  Then.....the best part of ANY card - the BOW!  I ran a length of the AWESOME and super useful Lipstick Red Seam Binding across the card, and tied a double bow with it as well.  I just love how the red seam binding brings in a Christmas feel even when you use other colors on your card.  It's just so festive for the Christmas season, and that's why I consider it a true "MUST-HAVE" for every crafter during the holidays.

It's a great time to treat yourself, and this Lipstick Red Seam Binding is a trim that you will find yourself going to over and over again as you create your Christmas cards and projects.  I promise that you will love it as much as I do.  It's just the sweetest!

This card was completely inspired by a VERY similar card originally created by the talented Melissa Phillips of Lily Bean Paperie.  This isn't the first time one of her amazing cards has inspired me.  While I realize that there's nothing wrong with being inspired by someone, and "lifting" their ideas; I do think it's completely wrong to not give the original artist full credit for the original work.  Thanks, Melissa, for inspiring me once again.

Really Reasonable Ribbon has so many wonderful ribbons, laces, twines and trims as well as flowers, leaves, and SO much more.  Check out all the wonderful items available in their sweet ribbon shop, and treat yourself today.  But, please don't miss out on your chance to grab some of this awesome Lipstick Red Seam Binding.  Happy ribbon crafting!

Pumpkin Fun at The Kraft Journal

I absolutely LOVE Autumn. It's my favorite time of year because it's not too hot, it's not too cold; and I delight in the beautiful colors of the changing leaves and the smells of apple cider, pumpkin pie, and other favorites.  So, making my projects for this week's Pumpkin Challenge over at The Kraft Journal was a lot of fun; and the Kraft Outlet made it all so easy.
First, I made this Autumn card using a Small Buff/Ivory Weight Note Card and covered it with a piece of Buff/Ivory Cover Weight Card Stock.  Next, I added a piece of wood-grain patterned paper, and then added a Jenny Bowlin Vintage Mini Deck Basics Journalling Card to which I attached a sweet little Tim Holtz Rusty Paper Clip.
I also added some cute paper straws to the side of my card that I secured with Natural Hemp Cord and Green Baker's Twine.  I used several small pieces of Buff/Ivory Cover Weight Card Stock - I stamped my pumpkins on it, and displayed them on an inked square of it. You can see how useful this high-quality paper really is, and why I love it so much.
I also made this cute little Autumn Decoration using a paper mache pumpkin that I painted orange and sprinkled with ultra-fine glitter.  I embellished it with lots of fun ribbons, seam binding, some cute little stickers (leaf and spider), a mini safety pin, and a Melissa Frances rub-on sentiment (pumpkin patch).  I also used  a Small Grunge Prim TagBlack Twill Tape, and Natural Hemp Cord from the Kraft Outlet on this fun little project.

I hope that you will link up your Pumpkin Projects in our challenge this week.  We really enjoy having you play along with us, and you could be the lucky winner of our monthly prize, which is a $15 Gift Certificate to the Kraft Outlet.  Come, and join the fun!

Have a wonderful week,
Karen

Die Crazy Card

I was absolutely delighted, and quite humbled as well, when I was approached by a friend who designs for Frantic Stamper who invited me to do a Guest Design spot for them.  Because I absolutely LOVE their Precision Dies, and ALL the great products they carry in the Frantic Stamper store, I immediately said YES.  I'm so glad I agreed to Guest Design for this amazing company because I am smitten with the high-quality of their Precision Die-Cuts.  Not to mention, they have every shape, design and image you can possibly imagine in their die-cut collection, and they easily cut through any material (paper. wool felt. vellum, and SO much more).   They cut clean and crisp - just like running a knife though warm butter!  I mean it......it's really that easy!  They're truly awesome.
So for these fun cards, I used Frantic Stamper's Large Blue Spruce die-cut, and I am in love with it.  I cut my trees from vellum and layered them to create a "snow-capped" forest.  These cards turned out so beautifully that I am already looking forward to making more cards using this amazing die-cut.  I added the sequins to catch the light, and make it look even more like snow on the trees.
I also used some Melissa Frances rub-ons for the sentiment (trimming the tree), Crate Paper Bundled Up patterned papers and embellishments, a seam binding bow, a piece of flair, and a chipboard tree to accent the vellum trees.
For the second card, I used October Afternoon pattern papers, silver sequins, cut and used fewer layers of the vellum trees, and made it a little bit fancier card.  Either way, you have some great cards that look like a snowy winter wonderland, and I'm really happy with how they look.  I can only imagine the amazing possibilities that await from using this fun and versatile die-cut.

If you're not familiar with their shop, I hope that you'll stop by Frantic Stamper to look around at ALL their great supplies, including their awesome Precision Dies.  There's something for everyone, and all the cards I've made so far are just SO fun and creative; and it's all because of the amazing dies they carry.  You can find EVERYTHING you need to make something amazing.  I hope you will check it out for yourself.

I'm sharing my card here:
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - "Die Crazy" - I'll tell you for sure that I am "die crazy" about this cute die-cut.

Little Scrap Pieces Challenge Blog - I love this challenge, and enjoy playing along for the chance to win some of Karen's AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL seam binding.

Welcome to my blog, everyone!  I'm so glad you're here to take a peek at the card I made for this week's Pick 3 Challenge at The Kraft Journal.  I also hope that you will all stop by Word Art Wednesday for our 200th Challenge celebration.  There are 15 prizes up for grabs at Word Art Wednesday this week.  Come, join the fun!
I sure had fun with this week's "Take Your Pick" Challenge at The Kraft Journal.  I decided to use some sweet Crate Paper patterned papers, a PTI balloon die-cut, a Grungy Prim Tag, and seam binding ribbons sprinkled with sequins to create a fun birthday card.  My card started with a Small Buff/Ivory Note Card to which I attached my patterned papers.  Then, I placed a Small Grungy Prim Shipping Tag to that with some Papertrey Ink die-cut balloons that have tails made from Baker's Twine.  I tied a big bow at the top using Hand-Stained Bias Tape that I topped with a few sequins.

I'd really love to have  you play along in this week's FUN "Take Your Pick" Challenge at The Kraft Journal, and show us how YOU interpret the challenge.  You could be the lucky winner of a $15 Gift Certificate to the Kraft Outlet.

Happy Birthday #Really Reasonable Ribbon

Hello friends!  This is a card I made for Really Reasonable Ribbon.  One thing we all have in common is that we all need LOTS of Birthday cards.  That's another great thing about Really Reasonable Ribbon.....they have EVERYTHING you need to help you create the most lovely birthday cards for all the special people in your life.  Here's one I made this week using some of Really Reasonable Ribbon's AWESOME supplies.
I started with some patterned papers and chipboard, added my sentiments; and then I got down to the fun part - adding ribbons and flowers.  The pretty flower and ribbon cluster on the upper left-hand side of my card was created by using some of the gorgeous Wild Orchid Crafts Open Roses including the Black Open Roses and Pink Open Roses.  I also included a 30 mm Mulberry Paper Leaf.  They come in many lovely colors, and each one compliments the next so nicely.
The bigger ribbons (on the side) include some wide May Arts Ribbon and some 2 1/2" Cotton Blend Plain Ribbon.  I used them to create a little "tab".  I also incorporated some Ivory Burlap StringBlack Burlap String, and some sweet Raspberry Baker's Twine.  Across the background of my card (under the sentiments), I placed a length of the 1.5" Champagne Netting which gives the card such an awesome texture.  I also tied several lengths of the same Raspberry Baker's Twine around the bottom of my card, and into a knotted bow.

So you see.....Really Reasonable Ribbon really makes it easy to create a super special Birthday card for all the amazing people in YOUR life who deserve something that expresses just how special they are to you.  Why not treat yourself today?  We also hope that you will play along in our Current Challenge, and I thank you for stopping by to say hello.

I'm sharing my card in these challenges:
DJ Kard Kreations - Challenge #5 - The NBUS items used on this card include the little tickets, and the cool chipboard frame I used.  I have to push myself sometimes to use up certain items, and this challenge really helps me do that.  How fun!
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Use A Stamp - I stamped my little (HAPPY) sentiment onto the sticker strip using Tim Holtz Black Soot Distress Ink.

Happy crafting!
Karen

......spooky spooky fun

Today I'm sharing a cute (spooky) card I created for Really Reasonable Ribbon.  I used some of the new Halloween ribbons from the October Ribbon Club.  My absolute favorite is the black and white hounds tooth design.  You will LOVE it, and will find yourself (like me) using it all year.  The entire collection this month has a sweet orange and black theme; yet it's filled with favorites that you will find yourself loving long past Autumn.
I used some Simple Stories patterned paper, some cute little Halloween embellishments, and I tied some Orange Baker's Twine and Plum Baker's Twine around the bottom of my card and the wooden potion bottle.  I also ran a length of 1.5" Grey Netting across the top of my card to give it a "spooky" feel where I attached the spider's web.  There's also a length of the adorable Spiders on White Grosgrain Ribbon from this month's Ribbon Club Collection, as well as the awesome and super versatile Black and White Houndstooth Plaid Ribbon across my card.  I also made my big bow with the Black and White Houndstooth Plaid Ribbon.  Don't you just LOVE it?
It's SO easy to sign up for the Ribbon Club at Really Reasonable Ribbon.  That way, you will always have the perfect ribbons for every season, plus those that tend to be perfect year-round.  It's a great way to keep a basic supply of the best ribbons for your crafting needs all year long.

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today.  It's always a blessing to have you stop  by, and I hope that you will visit the Really Reasonable Ribbon store to check out all the great new items.  We'd also love to have you join our Current Challenge.

I'm sharing my card here:

Linky Party at CropStop

It's time for a brand new challenge at CropStop, and you're invited to play along.  You can link up ANY project.  The only requirement is to use any product carried at CropStop, which is pretty much anything and everything in the crafting world.  Inks, stamps, dies, and so much more.  You will want to visit the CropStop store to see all that they carry, and then you'll know that playing along is super easy because most of what we use in our crafting is sold at CropStop.  One lucky person will win a package of goodies from CropStop.
My project was made using an old/repurposed package of Tim Holtz Paper Clips.  I traced the back to create a base, and then filled the empty space with some TicTacs.  I tied some Red Burlap String around the bottom, and decorated the top with some Tim Holtz and Maya Rod adage tickets and some sweet Petaloo Botanicals Burgundy Sugared Minis Flowers.  It's really a simple project, and makes a great gift.
I used the word "hope" on this gift so that I could give it to a friend who needs some encouragement right now.  By repurposing old packaging, you can create some really sweet projects.  CropStop makes it easy to decorate your projects.   Their selection of products is amazing.  Youre sure to find something you can use, and will love.

We hope that you will stop by and link up in our challenge.  There's also a special give-away taking place where you can earn extra entries into a drawing for a $20 Gift Certificate to CropStop.  Just invite your friends to link up in the challenge, and leave a comment.  Or, become a new follower and leave us a comment for that.  Someone will be blessed with this amazing prize, and we really want to spread the word that CropStop is a great place to shop for your craft supplies.

Have an awesome week, and don't forget to link up in the Linky Party at CropStop.

I love making cards!  Don't you?  It's just so much fun when you're able to pop a card in the mail; knowing that it was made with tender loving care by you!  It doesn't matter whether you're sending a Birthday Card (like this one), a Sympathy Card, Anniversary, etc.  You just feel good sending your own hand-made cards to the people you love.  Well, that's a really fun thing about CropStop.  They have so many awesome items that are just super helpful for crafting.  From stamps to inks, and dies to papers, embellishments and SO much more - CropStop is a great place to shop.
This Birthday Card was made using some patterned papers from my stash, some striped and some floral washi tape, half a white doily, some Prima leaves, Doodlebug pearl gem stickers, machine stitching, a stamped sentiment that's stamped using Tim Holtz Black Soot Distress InkIvory Burlap String, a Tim Holtz Decorative Paper Clip, and.....those BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS!
These pretty flowers were cut from wool felt using a My Favorite Things Floral Die-Cut.  CropStop carries several different die-cuts from My Favorite Things (among several other great companies).  This one is called Loopy Blooms.  They're all just SO much fun to use, and create the sweetest flowers that give your cads and projects great dimension.

We have a great new challenge starting this Wednesday on the CropStop Blog.  There's also a big GIVE-AWAY taking place on the blog.  There's always something fun happening there, and we'd love for you to be a part of it.  Please stop by and link up in our Current Challenge to have the chance to win some great CropStop supplies for yourself.
